Just in time for fall – Vancouver menswear stalwarts Inventory have released their Superior Labor socks for the Fall/Winter 2012 season. They’ve gone with two colorways, a great looking burgundy option and an olive option. They’re both desirable just based on looks alone, but when you delve a little deeper, you’ll realize that these are probably the best socks you’ll ever wear, to the point that they’re well worth the $26 price tag. Knit in Okayama by the Superior Labor from a 90% Japanese cotton, 7% polyester, 3% polyurethane mix, they’re incredibly comfortable, warm, soft, and durable. Both colorways are available in one size, that which fits shoe sizes 8-12 comfortably, though I’ve had no problems at all with my size 12/13 feet. The one problem with these socks is how quickly they tend to sell out, so if you’re interested head down to the Inventory Stockroom in Vancouver or to their online store and snag a pair or two for yourself. While you’re there, pre-order their most recent issue of the Inventory Magazine which is dropping in a couple weeks!
